PAYROLL SERVICES
We provide an outsourced Payroll Bureau Service to maintain and manage clients’ entire payroll or parts thereof, utilising the Softline VIP computerised payroll system.
Our Payroll services include:
- Distribution of payslips (electronically);
- Payments to third parties;
- Customised electronic reports;
- Payroll interface files for general ledger;
- Leave administration;
- Monthly submission of EMP201 returns to SARS and UIF returns to the Department of Labour; and
- Bi-annual reconciliation and issuing of IRP5/IT3 certificates and EMP501 reconciliation return.
Additional VIP Modules are available to provide management information reports on:
- Employment Equity data administration for the preparation of statutory reports;
- Skills Development data administration for the preparation of statutory reports; and
- Personnel History information management.
